While traditional foam dressings provide comfort and convenience, this gentle border dressing goes one step further – with a smart absorbent core and Exu-Safe Technology it manages exudate far better than leading competitors as tested in vitro.

Designed to help aid the healing process by reducing maceration, and locking away bacteria and MMPs from the wound this gentle border dressing is an advanced foam dressing with intelligent fluid management: absorbent core and foam pad with Exu-Safe Technology both absorb and lock in exudate, even under compression. A unique horizontal wicking layer then efficiently distributes exudate, reducing the risk of maceration and increasing capacity for absorption. Finally, a gentle silicone adhesive wound contact layer ensures less pain at dressing change for the patient. It adheres to the surrounding skin, but not the wound bed.
