- Small size fits band size 32 (for cup sizes from AA to DD/E); band size 34 (for cup sizes from AA to C); or band size 36 (for cup sizes from AA to A). Small size fits overbust measuring from 32 to 37 inches. Width between nipples will measure from 3_ to 8_ inches for small size (flange openings are about 2_ inches wide). Ideal time to be fit for pumping bra is 36 - 40 weeks or no later than 2 weeks postpartum
